Who is behind Wooly

Wooly Pâtisserie was born in Waterloo in 2015. Behind the name, a person: Marcelo Caetano.
In February 2016, the team of On n'est pas des pigeons (RTBF, Belgian public television) came to taste his pastries and introduced him as « Marcelo Caetano, patron du Wooly Waterloo ». Ten years on, the house counts four shops across Brussels and Walloon Brabant.
Our pastéis de nata are made by Portuguese pastry chefs. It is the only way we know to get a crust that cracks and a cream that melts, the one you find in Lisbon rather than an imitation of it.
